I have been in the real estate business now for 25+ years. Most of my past clients have become friends, and those friends have sent me referrals, the lifeblood of my business. I like to think of myself as a friend, investment guide, source for good sub contractors and service providers and occasionally I am a counselor, cleaning lady, locksmith, sign installer, you name it, I have met the clients need! First and foremost, I pride myself on communication. I answer my phone and I return calls. I provide weekly updates on every file with every client. I listen to you. I take notes and pay attention to your needs. I always bring my best to provide you with excellent customer service. Your trust is my goal. I aim to supersede your expectations. I am knowledgeable. I have seen every type of transaction. I am honest, ethical, I will always shoot straight with you and let you know what to expect. I have worked as a transaction coordinator, an escrow assistant, a broker assistant, managed a small team, as well as managed an office of 100+ agents. I am a trainer and an agent mentor. I sit on several committees at my board of association of realtors. I give back to my community. I am an active advocate in my industry. I LOVE what I do and I am blessed to do this job that I love.
Lastly, I am a homeowner! I have bought and sold multiple properties, and I know how it feels to be on both sides... I am an investor; I own rental property. I have flipped homes and I have overseen client flips. Partnering with you on your home or investment would be my privilege.
